| When you block someone from viewing your post, does that mean they can still participate in the conversation you are having? And if they can, why have the block function? It just seems to be totally against the point and rather childish. You either want to participate in the thread or you don't. Personally if someone isn't going to read your posts and only want to join in a conversation to bash everything you say and you can't even defend yourself...it just seem rather cowardly and counter-productive. I have added a certain poster to my block list who has me blocked. If this person doesn't have the cahones to face me himself so that I can defend my comments, why is he participating at all. He just adds to the "gang mentality" where he defends what his buddy is saying even though he doesn't even know what I said (supposedly). It's like being able to poke and prod and stir the pot without any chance of a response from the original poster. I'd just like to say that if anyone feels that they can't deal with my posts, then they should quit being childish about it and refrain from commenting on my threads. If they want to participate, then that's fine with me. But don't hide behind your block feature. It's just pointless and cowardly. | |

| I'm not a mod but I guess it would be personal choice... Sort of like the way some posters hide their identity when on this site.. | |

Well, I have no problem with him wanting to be negative and hateful and giving you high fives every time you say something that disagrees with me. If that's what kind of person he is, more power to him but he said he blocked me and doesn't want anything to do with what I say. The least he can do is stay out of the threads I create. When he participates it just makes him a hypocrite who hides behind his buddies. The whole thing every time someone says something in disagreement with me and his whole save us from the socialist devil Obama stuff is getting rather boring and is quite childish. Reminds me of high school when a kid couldn't travel without their clique to back them up. It's a gang mentality and frankly I find it pretty cowardly. Anyway, if he wants to behave like that and pat people on the back simply because they went against something I said since he apparently doesn't care for me much....so be it even though I find it sad. But if he wants to put me on ignore, he should follow through and ignore my threads and not just show up for high fives when he thinks it's funny.
