| I have problems with deer, they love the plants I have and I'm tired of the damage they do. Do any of you have any recommendations to keep deer off my plants? The two methods I've recently heard about is a hot sauce and water mix and an egg and water mix, both applied to the plant with a spray bottle. Have any of you tried these or other methods? What else might you recommend? | |

| The egg/water mix is what you'd use to brush the top of a homemade loaf of bread with to make it shiny. Maybe it'll make your leaves shiny, at least. | |

| Judge, I wish I had the answer to that one. I at least wish the deer would eat my weeds along with my flowers. | |

Oddly enough, they say the same thing about him.

I can't vouch for this method, but a friend of mine used to raise peppers and the deer annihilated them. He lived near some guys that raised wacky backer and they told him to go by the nearest beauty/barber shop and ask for their hair clippings. They told him to lightly spread the human hairs around and in the crop every week or so and the deer would stay away. I didn't hear whether or not it worked. Problems with deer or hairy plants, you make the call.
