I don't watch the show, so I don't know what he sounds like, but I like me some screaming in music if it's done right. I know that sounds weird but if you were a huge Zeppelin fan like me, you'd understand. jam

Thank you! I thought that it was just me. Some of my favorite singers are sometimes "screamers."

His studio version of U2's "One"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qO41YbJcD7c

Live version of "One," much "screamier" - I like the studio version better - I'd buy that one!

Live version of Aerosmith's "Cryin"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXfG_0_Wvj0&feature=related

Judge, I tried to "embed" but I am doing something wrong. Mad

Some Kris Allen songs (I like him, too!)

Live version of "Heartless"

Studio version of "Apologize"

Just click the video button above when you post a reply and put the link code, not the embed code in the box and you're all set. It works differently on this site, I'm not happy about it, but it's the only way it works.

I'm really bummed about Allison! I think she was amazing...especially considering how much younger than the others she is....I was far more impressed with her abilities than everyone else's. Don't get me wrong...I think everyone left is deserving, but that girl didn't get enough recognition for what she can do!

She deserved to be in the final two!

Final three maybe. She could be in it, but Danny should be in the final two as well. In any case, I just want to see Adam lose.

I think Danny and Allison should have been the final two. I about spit when I watched the results last night. My guess is that votefortheworse is behind this. I want Adam to lose. If I see him scream one more time with his tongue hanging out of his mouth, I will SCREAM myself. He just seems so fake to me. He couldn't even sing One without screaming his head off. ugh. affraid

At this point I don't even know if I'll bother watching the rest of the show. I think Kris is a snooze fest and Adam believes he has already won. blah. And I'm with Judge. I do love some screaming in my music (Led Zeppelin, etc) BUT Adam is no Robert Plant. Not even in the same universe in my opinion. And I know that look you speak of. The smoldering gaze thing. ick. I've got that look in bars before and it usually comes with some cornball pick up line. Gag me with a pitchfork. We need a barfing avatar badly. rofl

So, who's it going to be? At this point, I really don't know! Adam is the better performer and has AMAZING vocals, but Kris is very talented and may have the voting edge. I'll be happy either way and might buy albums from each of them.

My bet is on Adam unless a huge bunch of anti-Adam folks show up just to vote against him. Vote for the worst is begging everyone to vote for Kris and they've made a difference in the past, so who knows.
